Seth Palatse Seth Phalatse has years of leadership experience in South Africa’s Corporate sector.

He is currently the Executive Chairman of Ritz Pumps, and the Non-Executive Chairman of Da Vinci Holdings and The Institute for Global Dialogue

Seth also holds Non-Executive Directorships for BMW South Africa, Robert Bosch South Africa and Emerson Network Power amongst others.
Shaun Battlemann Shaun Battlemann embraces and embodies South Africa’s entrepreneurial flair, providing clear strategic direction and project delivery capability for African Access Holdings Group. The group benefits from his strong leadership and unwavering commitment to high standards.

Shaun was previously the MD for My Office @CNA and ran the very successful Digital Communication Centre during his tenure. He also serves as the MD of LND Projects.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
GAP TSHUMU MALOKA
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Themba Ndhlovu Themba’s career spans 26 years, many spent as Senior Management in the Public Service at both National & Provincial Tiers of Government, as An Academic and as a Consultant focusing on Community Development, Leadership and Management Development. He has amassed substantial experience & expertise in Strategy Development, Implementation, Infrastructure planning & Delivery at all levels of the Education system.

Themba’s last position held in Public Service was as Deputy Director General: Planning Kwazulu Natal Dept. of Education; prior as the Acting Head of Dept. He too was commissioned as Chief Director in the National Department of Education. Themba holds a Masters in Education (Med) amongst others.
Gap Maloka Gap Tshumu’s realm of experience incorporates finances, sales, marketing and business development. Gap embarked on his career at First National Bank as a Corporate Credit analyst progressing to Head of Sales at Coca-Cola South Africa.

Gap has also held positions as the Divisional Head at 3M South Africa and as sales & Marketing Director followed by the MD Position at Rennicks South Africa. His years of experience and expertise gained across diverse industries have stood him in good stead at African Access Group Holdings.
THABO MPAMA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AFRICAN ACCESS INTERNATIONAL
MATELI MPUNTSHA
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Thabo Mpama Thabo’s career spans both the human resources (HR) and IT sectors over the past years. Thabo amassed HR and executive experience for blue-chip companies Sappi, Nampak. He earned recognition as a leading expert in the IT sector during his tenure at Marconi Communications as the Human Resources and Corporate affairs Director.

Thabo also held the role of Chairman for the ISETT SETA. Apart from his responsibilities at African Access Holdings, Thabo currently holds positions as Group Vice President for Human Resources International and as a Board Member of ATC (African Telecommunication Cables).
Mateli Mpuntsha Mateli has served as the Director of Telecoms Policy and HR Development at the Department of Communications and the CEO of ISETT SETA.

He also served as Chairman of the Trust for Educational Advancement in South Africa and was a Board Member of the National Electronic Media Institute.

Mateli has good grounding and qualification in Natural Sciences and Science Educations as well as Telecommunications Policy.
   
NILESH JAICHUN

Nilesh JaichunNilesh has extensive experience in commercial business Development and is a former successful Legal practitioner.

He is well-versed in strategic legal structures and compliance and these two areas are central to his current position at African Access Holdings Group.
Jaco de Jager Moosa started his career with Ernst & Young where he served and completed his articles. He gained valuable experience in auditing and accounting in both the private and public sector after becoming Audit Manager in the company.

In 2003, Moosa joined Government Printing Works as Chief Financial Officer, liaising with National, Provincial & State Entities during his tenure. Moosa currently oversees the financial stewardship of African Access Holdings Group with direct responsibility and oversight of operations within the group
       
ELAINE YOUNGLESON
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TRAVEL, HOSPITALITY & COMMUNICATIONS

Elaine Youngleson Elaine Youngleson possesses a wealth of experience in the Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality sectors. Multi-skilled in all aspects of Management, Elaine is a Passionate Business person whom is driven by challenges & achievements.

Prior to joining African Access Holdings Group, Elaine spent 34 years at Club Med, the Global leader and Originator of the ‘All-inclusive’ holiday package. Elaine served as the Managing Director of the Business for 24 years. During such time, Elaine jointly Managed the Tour Operator Representation for Accor, Europe’s largest Hotel Consortium and fulfilled the role as Business Development Manager for Club Med in the Emirates & surrounding areas.
