Genius Management Solutions (GMS) is a black-owned consultancy that focuses on assisting private and public entities in managing and improving organisational performance. This we do through a number of tailor-made interventions including the mentoring and executive coaching of senior managers; establishing clear performance measures at individual, section and departmental level, and designing mechanisms for achieving set targets.

Furthermore, we assist managers to use available information for planning, monitoring and reporting, while ensuring that there is full compliance with the legislative framework within which client organisations operate. Our team has extensive experience at all three spheres of government.
