Divuseni is a business initiative established by five women who have one thing in common - they all have a disability.

Regardless of the challenges that these women face and have faced in their lives, they strive to be among the best and are now poised to take on the world.
Divuseni has taken up the challenge made to all women of South Africa to play a meaningful role to develop the economy. However, their focus, although including, extends beyond the interests of gender equality, beyond the interests of women – their focus is on the realisation of equality for all people with disabilities.

Divuseni sees itself as having two core areas of business: Instilling and promoting the processes of economic empowerment.
Understanding and handling disability in an organisation; particularly in equity and employment
