African Access Holdings has won three International Stevie® Awards and is a Distinguished Honoree in
the 2011 International Business Awards.
African Access Holdings took home three International Stevie® Awards, and a Distinguished Honoree Medal in the 2011 International Business Awards which took place on 11 October at the glamourous Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The International Business Awards are the only global,
all-encompassing business awards program honoring great performances in business.
Executive of the Year.
Chief Executive Officer, Shaun Battlemann was a winner in the Diversified Services category for "Executive of the Year." |
Company of the Year Award.
African Access Holdings took the "Company of the Year Award" in the same category as well as a Distinguished Honoree Medal for Corporate Social Responsibility in the Middle East and Africa. |
The "People's Choice for Favourite Companies Award"
The Group was also voted a winner in the "People's Choice for Favourite Companies Award"
Nicknamed the Stevie® for the Greek word "crowned," the 24 karat gold trophies were presented to Shaun Battlemann at a glittering gala dinner ceremony which was attended by 40 nations from across the world. |
The Stevie Trophy
The Stevie trophy is a 16 inch tall, hand-cast 24-karat gold statuette, holding aloft a crystal pyramid that represents the hierarchy of human needs.
